Wheat flour, water, oil and yeast, simple dough ingredients. In addition the pizza oven heated to the right temperature. No need for magic. Only ingredients of the highest quality, precise quantities and strict adherence to the recipe

The 12-year-old we have prepared the pizza in Italy taught us the basic rule: the ingredients. There is no compromise in the kitchen. This is the reason why some of the ingredients are brought directly from Italy and local suppliers are selected with great care.
